"Additional Costs for Projects Outside Phnom Penh and Specific Requirements"

Our quoted prices do not encompass any potential travel-related costs. If an assignment is to be completed outside of Phnom Penh, such expenses will be borne by the client independently of our service fees.

Included in the costs that are not covered by our services are expenses related to obtaining permits. If the job demands filming or photography, or if it involves flying a drone, it may require relevant permissions or permits. Please be advised that the application for, and payment of, any necessary permits remains the sole responsibility of the client. This includes but is not limited to filming permits, photography permits, and drone activity permits. Additionally, any restrictions or limitations placed on drone usage in specific areas must also be adhered to by the client.

We will not be accountable for any consequences of failure to secure the necessary permissions or adhere to restrictions and regulations. Lastly, we advise doing due diligence to understand fully all potential extra costs and regulatory requirements applicable to your unique project, to avoid any unexpected issues or delays.
